BBL TECHNOLOGY LTD ("we," "us," "our") operates the PadLink mobile application (the "App"), a virtual game controller and local-network remote-play pairing companion for PlayStation consoles. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
PadLink does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any other identity information.
1.1 Information processed on your device (not transmitted to us)
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE to
discover a PlayStation console on the same local Wi-Fi network (via mDNS/UDP) so it can
pair with it for remote play and virtual-controller input. This discovery happens on your
device and local network; PadLink does not send your network information to our servers.VIBRATE and
WAKE_LOCK support haptic feedback and keeping the screen/connection active
during a session. POST_NOTIFICATIONS is used to show connection-status

PadLink does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or SMS. PadLink does not host, store, or transmit any user-generated content — it is a local control and pairing tool; content you view or play stays on your console/TV and is never uploaded through the App.

We do not sell your personal information. Data described above is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 2, strictly to provide analytics, crash reporting, and advertising as described. We do not share data with any other third party for their own independent marketing purposes.
Because PadLink does not have user accounts, there is no personal profile stored on our servers to delete. Analytics/crash/advertising data associated with your device's advertising ID is retained by the respective providers (Section 2) according to their own retention policies; you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings, which limits further association of new data with your device identifier. To stop all data collection, uninstall the App.
PadLink is a general-audience utility for controlling and pairing with PlayStation consoles and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your advertising identifier, or to object to processing for advertising purposes. Because we do not hold an account-linked profile, the most effective control is resetting/deleting your advertising ID and adjusting ad-personalization settings on your device, or contacting us using the details below.
We rely on the security practices of our third-party SDK providers for data they process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
